Why I want you to take the Distraction Assessment quiz.extrapreneur.info/

So the other day, as I sat down to get some important work done, the phone went off. It was not even an important client related call. It was actually one of those notifications that buzz and show up every now and then.

Unfortunately, I responded to this and it cost me pretty much a large chunk of my 24 hours on that particular day. I was not able to account for tasks completed and of course this has had an impact on my productivity. I basically beat myself up about it.

So I started to ask myself how do I get out of this. I really need to change this habit so that I can become a lot more focused on what really matters. So I can focus on stuff that I really need to get on with. Considering the fact that this is not the first,  second or third time this has happened to me, I sat back and started to really THINK!!!.
